Translation services

Document and certified translation services

Translation for personal, legal, medical, academic, business, government, website, and marketing materials, delivered nationwide.

Lincua translates documents and digital materials for individuals, organizations, and public agencies. Projects may be delivered nationwide after the language pair, readable source material, intended use, certification needs, and deadline are confirmed.

Certified document translation

Certified translations are available for documents that require a signed certification of translation accuracy. Lincua can prepare translations for USCIS filings and provide a signed certification that the translation is complete and accurate and that the translator is competent to translate.

Notarization may also be available when requested. Certification and notarization are different requirements, so tell us which organization will receive the document before the project is confirmed.

  • Birth, marriage, and divorce certificates
  • Diplomas, transcripts, and academic records
  • Legal and court-related documents
  • Medical documents
  • Government and business materials
  • Websites, public information, and marketing content

Turnaround and project review

Standard turnaround is approximately 48 hours after scope, readable source material, language pair, and delivery requirements are confirmed. Larger, complex, handwritten, or formatting-intensive projects may require more time.

Rush turnaround may be available. We confirm timing before work begins rather than promising a deadline before the documents and requirements have been reviewed.

How a translation project moves forward

Our team follows the agreed project requirements from the initial document review through delivery.

  • Review the source documents and requested service
  • Confirm source and target languages, scope, deadline, formatting, certification, notarization, and delivery requirements
  • Assign an appropriate language professional
  • Check names, dates, numbers, terminology, completeness, and formatting
  • Prepare a signed certification or arrange notarization of the certification or signature when requested and available
  • Deliver through the agreed method

Confidentiality and immigration boundaries

Translation projects are handled with confidentiality appropriate to the documents and agreed workflow. Contact our team before sending sensitive records so the delivery method can be confirmed.

Lincua provides translation services and does not provide immigration legal advice. USCIS and other agencies make their own decisions and may request additional evidence.

How do I request a quote without uploading documents here?

Email the language pair, document type, approximate page count, deadline, and certification or notarization needs. Our team will confirm how to provide source material.
