3. Interpreter Services

Independent interpreters using our platform are responsible for:

• Maintaining required certifications
• Providing accurate availability
• Performing assignments professionally

Independent Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Notify Lincua Academy of schedule changes promptly
• Pay invoices according to agreed terms
• Maintain a safe environment for interpreters

5. SMS Communications
